If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately at shop@robud.com. We will deal with it without a doubt. You need to provide:
We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But the damage caused by the customer will be issued an extra fee for replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 3-14 business days after we approve your request.
But it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any questions about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.
If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.

Original packaging is preferred. If not available, please pack by yourself and ensure that the product will not be damaged during transportation.
